Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (QASP) Updates Progress

Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTC: QASP), a small flight school/aerospace training services company based in Jacksonville, FL with a subsidiary operation in Colorado Springs, CO recently provided a thorough progress update. Among other points the company covered was that it was …”extremely close to being able to capture significant revenues and goals Quasar had set out to achieve.”

The above seems somewhat more likely lately, given that the government is expected to soon grant approval for Quasar’s flight school operations to screen and sponsor foreign flight students, a potentially extremely lucrative source of student revenue that’s expected to add millions annually to the QASP bottom line. Quasar also covered other income-generating initiatives in its update, including a kind of diversification that will allow it to serve as a testing center for various certification and licensing exams across a wide range of professions and specialties, including loss prevention as well as culinary sciences.

Quasar also addressed the issue of ongoing litigation involving itself, a since-fired CEO and a small OTC shell company, NHS Health Solutions, Inc. (NHSH), pointing out that it’s batting .1000 so far in clearing away issues related to the since-terminated CEO’s past attempts to fold QASP into the NHSH shell company. Updating the status of such legal proceedings is important because of the potential money Quasar will gain in the form of shares of NHSH stock that Quasar already maintains it owns as well as additional Quasar securities and NHSH stock that will have to be handed over to Quasar if current court trends maintain their Quasar-centric movements in the future.

Currently, QASP stock is trading at 0.0144 per share with today’s ask opening at 0.0157 and bidders trying to enter at 0.008. The stock has traded north of 0.50 per share at various points this year though nobody is prepared as yet to make a prediction of a Quasar improvement that would see its stock return to such high prices during the remainder of 2012. However a nickel per share or better wouldn’t be out of the question once the government puts its official seal of approval on Quasar’s foreign flight student training program in the near future.
